Founded by Roderick and Darlene Barnes in 1999, BIF Technologies is an 8(a) company and holds small,
minority business certifications with the South Central Texas Regional Certification Agency (SCTRCA) and
the Central and South Texas Minority Business Council (CSTMBC). BIF’s principal strength is the depth of
its personnel experience in the areas of information architecture, infrastructure design and support, system
integration and project management. Although BIF Technologies is based in San Antonio, TX, we serve
clients all over the South Texas region.
